If player have opened dialog and server close connection than player is not able to quit
ESC button is not working and he cant use /q idk why...

I suggest that if server is closed connection than unblock ESC button

I have seen these on many servers like you fail to login 3 times you get kicked and you are stuck...you must TAB+ALT than CTRL+ALT+DELETE and stop gta_sa.exe

Well these one is easy to fix with scripting but lets say you have a custom ban system:

Well, if connection is closed and you press any button on dialog, it disappears. It works like that for me.

F6 and then /q should work.. .

Just click any button on your dialog.
When the server is stopped, it can't get the data from the script, so it just disappears.

Some of you are forgetting that F6 brings up the text box, even if theres a dialog up.
