Hello I am using LuxAdmin and I was wondering if anyone could make a simple admin chat for me?

When ONLY admins do /atalk or /achat *message* then ONLY admins will see it.

Is that something that is possible to do?

It's already possible by adding a # or $ or @ not sure.

Example:

@Hello admins.
