Texture bug (missing texture). Iconid 22 is the hospital icon. I use it too, but I don't have that problem.

It'll be YOUR game bug, if a texture is missing. Try re-installing the game.

Can i just point out that your server name is copied from another server... How unoriginal.

Sorry, its the original, I bought it to the owner, however you can think what ever you want since you can ask the "ex-owner" who I bought it, The main creator is Flake & CJ101 I bought this gamemode to Face9000.

And My server is hosted so it'll be little difficult to re-install it.
