This is a neat little fs if you are loggin into RCON (changeable) you can do /aevent(has,ra,dm) and it will send a message in main chat saying "Admin <your name> Has started a <has, dm, or ra> /dm or /ra or /has to join"
then when you type the command you will be teleported to the mapping area. sorry if my explaination isnt that good maybe these screenshots will help:
