[HELP] LA-RP Engine to 0.3c

Hello.
You could straight think that I'm editing LARP for another gm, no, because my country got no RP servers, and I decided to make the first one in my language.

But w/e, le'ss go to what I'm asking.
I want to edit the engine to the 0.3c one.
I've tried a lot of times, but don't get it: like error's don't seem to be, but the car doesn't start when I do /engine at all.

Help me out please how should I do it properly:
