Paying any expert pawn scripter to script the following features, I am paying up to 30 USD depending on quality:

• /nextmission <name>
• A deatmatching mini missions, with /plantbomb, and /defusebomb.
• /kick <id> <reason> (optional but recommended)
• /ban <id> <reason> (optional but recommended)
• Other basic commands.
• A dialog based user login (with stat saving).
• Three levels - 1: Moderator - 2: Administrator - 3: Developer and Community Owner.
• /spec
• Auto timer if (for example) bomb was not planted in 10 minutes, the team will lose.
• Other missions, such as: racing, etc.

I can do it if you want.

But as for the registration and login system + admin system I would recommended using a FS (LuxAdmin is one of the best imo).

And for the minigame, sure I can make it.

Don't expect too much tho, I'm not saying I will make it, if I have some free times only .
