Hey guys i have been weeks now trying to figure out the problem my self but i wasn;t able.. i quited sa-mp scripting cause of this problem 2months ago also. I aint that good scripter but i have did several stuff before. Well the problem is that in my server i had /v spawn and / v despawn so u can only ahve 1 car you own spawned at a time. I removed those commands and every thing worked. But the problem is that when you buy a car and the server restart it despawn and you won't be able to spawn it. I want that when i start the server all your vehicles will be spawned once and for ever.. like example LA-RP vehicle system.
