Console And Vehicles Being Spammed?

So, When I start up server it keeps spamming my console with "Fuel Bar Loaded" Which is only supposed to occur once, and my vehicles keep repsanwing about every .5 seconds or somthing and i cant move a shit cos of my lag.What is this?

weird... the loop seems to be closed right... a wrong loop would be the only thing that could cause it to me... however it's right...
