i got another problem support ticket response taking 2 long, my files save on .cfg but it doesnt period with vault host........ on my pc it saves 2 .cfg i even uploaded with ftp

it loads the .cfg files but it dont save em ?! and it works perfectly on my pc

Wait till 24 hours for their response, if you don't get any response in that time-span, move to another host.
