i have published my own server with port forward.......i have not hosted it....is it free..??
and my friends can play it...

What do you mean is it free? If you mean literally, do you have to pay any money for running the server? Then no, you don't. You do have to pay for your internet connection, electricity and hardware/software to run the server yes, so technically it is costing you money, but no, you don't have to directly pay to have a server.

See it where the hosted list?... pay for that. The internet list you have to wait a while to get your server on the list !

its online i have seen it on http://www.typefish.co.uk/samp-conn/ this website why its not in internet list internet list is free with port forward so why its not there...?

Ok look if you keep closing the sampserver.exe then you close the server and when u open it again it takes times to get it on the list. Remember if your pc gets frozen then the server gets removed from the internet list thats why you buy a 24/7 server host so u dont blow your pc!

You need to change 'announce 0' to 'announce 1' from server.cfg or add it if its not add

hmm i got something simular i get this:
in the internetlist?: yes
online?: no
in the hosted list?: no
server info: server offline
server variables: server offline

while the server is onlineXD
