[Map] Add ons!

I will be mapping more stuff (Hopefully this is the right section and I am new to this) This was my first mapped and I only added some houses Ammu. There are also fences infront of LSPD!

Take the time to remove some of the new.pwn elements. Like the test command...
You may also be better off with just posting the objects in the code tags w/o putting it into a filterscript.

Would be nice for screens as well.
