1- A Race Under Water
2- Admin House Under Water
3- Secret Place Under Water
4- The New Stunt Objects Under Water
5- Roads And Stunt Jumps Under Water

But On the First 1- A Race Under Water .. I Think That The Car Will Be SO Slow On The Racing Because It's Under WATER .. It Will Be ..

No, there's a bug in GTA:SA, and SA-MP also.When you teleport from dry area to the bottom of the sea you will be able to drive and do whatever like you do it in the normal place.

True, however, if you come to close to the surface with your car, it will start to float to the surface,
which makes it unable to drive. You will get the same effect as driving into the water.
And when you go "out of the map", too far of the coasts, you will fall, your screen with turn black and then you get teleported to the nearest ground.
