Does it say, its not responding? Usually when that happens for me, there is something wrong with the script.
Not sure what happens on your end, so I can't really tell you. >_<

Or as the reply below said, it could be your firewall. :P

I once had similar problem with pawno.. then I realized that my Kaspersky was blocking the application. I got only one suggestion to issue like this: check if your firewall isn't blocking it... application control => settings => allow ? or something like that.. If that won't help, then you can put me in "useless" category

try their sugistion! I really don't see some other thinks that can crash your pawno!

That means you got a missing bracket "{" or "}" somewhere. Check your script, it's easy with Notepad++
