Hello all. I have a problem, my IP changes every day! and i made my IP static with: http://portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm but it still changes! help.

ISP=Internet service providers

You set local(Internal) IP adress, but for setting up public(external) you need to contact your ISP(as said before).

Note that some ISP require payment before setting it.

take an dydns.org account, most routers support it. as soon your ip changes, its updated at the dydns site. You can use an url like bla.dydns.org for people to add in there favorites
