hey,
Its not a critical bug, but its very annoying.
When you set the respawn delay parameter to -1 the vehicle still respawns after a few time.
The same with 9999999999999999 as respawn delay.
I hope this will be fixed.
i think this don't takes the developers much time.

It doesn't for me, it's probably your server. AddStaticVehicleEx & CreateVehicle just work fine for me with -1 parameter.

works for me fine too, I think have nothing to do with 0.3c
