when i try to edit it tells me cannot read form streamer, utils, dini. Even though i had it. I have tried in my friends pc and it works.

You need to put these includes what you need for you GM into 'pawno > include' Folder.

i did it. i said i try the same file in my friends pc and i can compile it. But in my pc it tells me cannot read from streamer,utils.dini,morphin

Probably because It opens pawno from another location.
Start pawno in the folder of the gamemode, and then Open the gamemode from within pawno in the same location.
