When i upload my server files to a VPS the upload speed is really low like 4 kb/ps and download speed is some 100 kb/ps and i use Filezilla.Is there any way to fix this?
I have disabled Speed limiters also.

Try running the program as an Administrator or open up your task manager and click on filezilla and then goto process then set the priority to high.

Why are you using SFTP in the first place? Is the data confidential? Secure connections are bound to slow things down because of all the additional checks and stuff.
Install the ftp server(best one is pure-ftpd, but you have proftpd, vsftpd, filezilla....)
And use it.

Yes, i would recommend running a FTP server on your VPS (Instead of going through SFTP, as your not sending anything needing to be secure)
