Okay, I know I will get abused and so on, but I am a noob that WANTS to LEARN... I am not asking for a pastebin link or megaupload so on... I just want to make my own server for some fun and learn...
I would like to know if someone could make some TUTs for me... Like:
1) Adding factions ((LSPD, FBI, NG, SASP, Gypsy Jokers and stuff like that))
2) /gangcreate or /familycreate (( Creates a family))
3) Having admin things like 1337,5,4,3,2,1.

5) admin commands
