Just banned. If you would ask me, he should be unbanned. He contributed a lot at this community and deserves his membership here, despite the fact that he did a bad joke once.

On another side note, his account has a temporary ban. He will be un-banned soon (October 3rd). I really don't think he deserves it after that joke though...
