Im looking for a recording system wich can record my gta sa normal so you can see clearly what's going on (for parachute movies) and can run normally (not laggy) when i record (don't say fraps cuz i tried it)

For GTA Recordings, use XFire, or Gamecam.

For Desktop Recordings, use Camatasia Studios.

Xfire or fraps, if you lag when using fraps then you probably have a crap graphics card.
