Hey i typed these keywords in the forums and could not find any thing,I know other servers have the just right above there map.Any Places where i can get a script or tutorial? Please leave your comments and suggestions,thank you!

Look in a few of the popular gamemodes, just set checkpoints it's not hard.

Im A Starter Scripter And I Only know how to do certain Commands Like SendClientMessage,OnPlayerConnect and stuff like that,so do you know how to do that?
