I see everywhere things about Team Speak. I'm getting a bit frustrated I don't know what it is. Can someone explain me what Team Speak is?

i would have thought "Team" and "Speak" would have gave you a clue
By SA:MP Team Speak, do you mean a official SA:MP team speak chat
if you do then i don't think there is one

Team Speak is a totally external program, it has nothing to do with SA:MP.
You can use team speak while playing sa:mp, that's why a lot of servers have a team speak. To play, and talk.
