I have seen many members on the forums have a bar like thing saying SAMP player or for I.E : Zh3r0's signature has ps user and avatar fan. How do I generate that. Or make it. Its kinda like noobish question but pls help

Use xFire. Avabile at www.xfire.com, download and log it in. Then xFire records your gametime, and putting info to xFire. You can copy from xFire page that IMG bar code.
