How Could I actually add the Ladmin into my own server?

Well you first download the filterscript off ladmin.
Add them in your filterscript folder.
Add ladmin in your server.txt file behind filterscripts like this
filterscripts ladmin

Then you must be done
if you want to change command for register and login:

Open pawno and open the filterscript folder and open ladmin.
Then delete the // where stands delete // if you want /aregister /alogin commands
