Is there a map icon for rocket attack? When someone aim you with rocket launcher and then fires it, you will see on minimap an icon moving to you.
And is there a sound for that? If there is then what id?

If I'm not mistaken, the rocket icons used in single player (you see those on your radar when firing from a Hydra and when a rocket from a SAM or another Hydra is locked on to you) are the same as the little gray triangles that represent spawned vehicles in SA-MP.
These small icons are not available for scripters. But you can use map icon id 1 and make it red, for example, then move it with a timer/OnPlayerUpdate.
