Everytime I try to run my server with Ignocitio's streamer, I get this error;

I've re-installed it like ten times and downloaded Microsoft .NET Framework 4, when you need at least Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 when running on Windows.

Can someone help?

That is because you are using Windows, so the streamer u need is that one, but not ".so". You will need ".dll"
