Okay. So my old computer was running Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit, and it worked perfectly fine.
But, something happened to it, so I bought a brand new laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

I just copied the folder/folders for GTA from my old computer to my new one.
And at first, I would run SAMP perfectly fine, but when it tried loading the game. It would say: Windows changed color scheme to Windows 7 Basic. ((Which is usual)) But then after that..nothing happened. The game wouldnt open..

But, then I did windows compatibility mode on it, and now it loads perfectly fine.
But when it starts and the game is opening up ((At the bottom left that white bar for loading))
Once that reaches the end/close to the end, my game just crashes and I get this error:

I do have mods installed, but if i move the mods out of the game directory. Then my game won't even start ((Like at the beginning))

Any ideas on how to fix this?

UPDATE: I changed the directory name ((Didn't work))

Then I deleted samp.exe and reinstalled SAMP ((Didn't work))

Then I changed the directory name back to the original name ((Worked, but when I ran SAMP, it would go to singleplayer.. Not multiplayer.. WTF))

Then I disabled UAC ((Worked!))

I have some fucked up GTA:SAMP Haha.
But yeah, at least it works now!
