i follow the port forwading but my server its still not online

i checked my connection with this site www.typefish.co.uk/ConnectionChecker

Is server online Yes
Is server in internet list No
Is server in hosted list No

i turned off the firewall and i dont know what's the problem

and i checked too with portforward checker it says the port 7777 is open

i set announce 1 in server.cfg the same problem,in local server i can connect
