Wtf.. Screen is normal because it's screening my screen, but I can't see IE eplorer and Windows start button, cut.

Your resolution is too high for your monitor. Lower it until it fits.

Sometimes 1400x1050 fits perfect and sometimes it's bugged, so I won't see a part of my screen... I don't understand...

It could either be your monitor, or your drivers. Check both.
