I am currently working on a /pimphouse command that actually add furnitures/objects outside or inside your house (based on an old PR-RP command).
My question is, would it make the lag increase on my server?

Well, players will be able to add a maximal amount of 6 objects i think, mayby 8 for donators, what do you think if the server would have 30-40 players daily?

if everyone does then u will have some object bugs unless you use a streamer...
i think it will cause a minor minor lag
