I have been portforwarded but i still have same problem :S
My router is DSL-2650U
And i called the main company for this problem and they portforwarded my router but i still have same problem.
What should i do?

go to ******. And Do the port checker. Check the Port you have Opend. if it says its open Recheck the server config.

You must not have portforwarded correctly. Visit http://portforward.com and follow the instructions there. Its really simple, also make sure you have a static internal IP address...
