Intro

This my second filterscript that is a very small Car+Skin spawner with al the skins/cars in GTA SA this will enable you to type /spawn dumper instead of the number and /setskin <id> you can type /spawncmd to see the commands
Works great for stunt servers it doesnt have the IsPlayerAdmin so everyone can use it.
