[HELP] My server has lag please help mev

Hello everyone Forum SA-MP, I need your help more than ever.
I am Brazilian and I used a translator to translate it so sorry if it is poorly translated or if it fails to understand very well.
My server there are six months is going through a very difficult situation.
He has a horrible lag, this lag is making a teleport at the time you see someone running.
I prepared showing a video for you to see and analyze my case because I do not know what else to do, and I'm losing players due this lag.

Look at the video dude..
Rps have lag.
You can fix it, by optimizing your gamemode, or buy a host if you are hosting the server from your PC.

Just cause its lagging for him/her it doesn't mean it lags for everyone, i just want to see it myself..

I'm hosting in a VPS server
and the lag is yes to all players

use "/relogio" to turn the clock game

Adding on to what Freddo said. I noticed your server has over 70 players on, with 1GIG of RAM, on an edited GF edit, which GF itself is poorly optimized, as you can tell by:
