hi
i will host new server on sa-mp but i need to know what is ram and cpu sa-mp need 200 player?low options

It depends on the script, the LVDM script should be able to handle 200 players on ~60Mb RAM & ~2.6GHz (depending on your CPU of course, newer ones will use less), the chances of you reaching 200 players is pretty low however, there arent many servers on the list that get 200 players daily, most of them are lucky if they even get a few.

There's always the option of a game host, they handle everything for you, all you gotta do is upload your files and you've got yourself a running server =P

If your going for a VPS / Dedicated server, start with smaller specs, and if you find your playerbase is growing, just upgrade your server.

Well I've no idea where you got such figures from, I host 500 players with a far more advanced script and use less CPU.
