What is EMS?
EMS is a spawn menu/dialog it let you spawn Weapons, cars and it teleports you to 2 places.

Features:

WEAPONS:
M4 Ak47 Sniper Rifle Tec9 Uzi MP5 \n Knife Chainsaw Tear Gas Grenades

TELEPORTS:Los Santos PD San Fierro Wang Cars
