How would i put is so if a player like types an exclamation mark before there text it only goes to the team they're on?

ex.

bc_r1da = Grove St

bc_r1da: !hey guys.

can this be done? or is there a simpler way?

This uses gTeam, if you do not use gTeam, replace it for what you do use.
