Hey everyone, a few months ago I started getting the infamous Runtime error and tried every suggested reason I could possibly find. The last attempt (and closest) was the one which said that I should create a whole new user account on my pc so I tried that but now I get this new error which I can not find any information about in the SA-MP forums so I'm hoping someone can help me.

[x]Create yet another account (issue persists)
Additional info:
[x]SA-MP version is 0.3a (yes I have 0.3a installed)
[x]My GTA copy is downloaded (I have been using it since I first started playing GTA and never had this problem before)
[x]OS is Vista 32-bit
[x]The error does not appear when the game crashes as it usually does. Instead it appears when i click "connect" on the sa-mp client.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I would like to get back to playing SA-MP asap.
