How do they do it?

I went to ls-rp.com, Got the server ip,
Went on the server and it said i needed to register at cp.ls-rp.com,
So it kicked me, Then i went to cp.ls-rp.com and registered,
Went to there server again and it asked me to login!
How do they do it?
