I lag everytime I enter a car in SA:MP for like 1 - 5 seconds... After that it's fine, but it's really annoying. Single player is fine.

Any suggestions?

Try to reinstall SA-MP if that dosent work reinstall both GTA and SA-MP

I think it's because of your internet connection as you lag only in multi-player.
But try reinstalling as Corpe said.
