is there any1 who can setup a server forme with anti cheat.. new cars etc... or at least axplain to me how it works...

i am trying to setup a server sponsered by www.pgp-online.com (under construction)

my server is running thats not the problem just want to add new cars game mode.. etc... and i am looking for some admins for this server...
