when i start up a sever it gos trew the lodaing sa-mp thing then when say connecting to game it freezes any one know what is rong?

Maybe the gamemode has anyproblem. Check out the server.cfg and try another gamemode or erase all the filterscripts. Add "localhost" to your favourites list and connect. If it goes wrong, tell us.

I don't think the problem is from his GM, I think because of his Internet Connection or something like that.Try with reinstalling SAMP... I had that problem too and reinstalling helped me.
