Revive System

with this system, if someone has less than 10 Hp, he will fall on the ground and will need help. only someone that has first aid kit could revive him.

commands:
/BuyFirstAid - buying first aid kit.
/Kill - kill yourself.
/Revive - revive someone (automatically finding someone on the ground).
