I see a HUD Mod. That might not have anything to do with it, though.

It says that it couldn't create vehicle model 596, which is the LSPD Squad Car. Are you sure you've never had ANY car mods?

I've had the HUD mod since long ago and it didnt cause any problem. Yes, I have PD mod cars, but I removed them and I still have the problem.

Ok, have you reinstalled the game? Sometimes restoring backups doesn't always work right.
