How would I unban someone? Like my server doesn't use the IsPlayerBanned=1 thing in the accounts, so before I launch my server, knowing how to unban someone would be nice cause in my forums I am having a Ban appeal list and it's no good if I can't actually unban the person.

If it does IsPlayerBanned = 1; open their account file and set it to 0 ?

No.... what I mean't to say is I DON'T have that type of filterscript. I have one that uses banpid aka Ban(playerid);

Then you should have the ban file in your samp server folder ?
And if you open it it should say all names of the people you banned ?

Rcon Command INGAME:

/rcon unbanip

and then do /rcon reloadban

You can Directly Open samp.ban File with Notepad and remove the his name and IP Address
