I know of a SAMP server that is hosted at there house and is released to the public is there anyway that they can get shutdown for hosting there server at there house computer.
If There Is Please Let Me Know Of Who I need to get in contact with etc..

Well..why would you want them to be shutdown? It's not against any rules to host at your own PC instead of renting dedicated servers or shared hosting.

No, Its not illeagle. Unless theyhave broken a local/State/Federal/International Law, Then they have done nothing wrong what so ever. They are allowed to host it from home and I believe somewhere in the samp agreement it dosnt say its illeagle to host from home. If the script has been released then there is no issues.
