No one actually answered my question in IRC, so I decided to made a topic here.
Configuration:
Server Machine: *nix x64
SA-MP server build: Linux x86
All previous versions worked perfect, but the new one just crashes.
Will there be Linux build for x64? Or what libraries are needed to be installed to avoid crash?

R3 Server doesn't crash for me on Ubuntu x64, it works without any problem.

It seems that during the transfer file corrupted.
Problem solved by sending samp03svr as binary.
