For some reason some people can connect to my server and others can not. Anyone have any ideas of what is cuaseing this?

yeah its a Sa-mp 0.3 bug it happened to me when i tried to join my friends server now everytime i try to go on his server it just sais Ping: 9999 even though the server is online and this is really crucial for me cos i Co-own the server
