When I start the server and go to it then the - Npc not respond
I mean he's go to the server but after a few minutes he was Kicked

Please read carefully the comments posted with RC8... since you didn't read it I will summarise it:
The first time your NPCs (bots) join they will convert the recording file automatically and then leave (with a timeout message). This is normal. Just get them to rejoin again.
The conversion process only happens ONCE per .rec file.
