Hey i have searched on this forum and other links for tutorials teaching how to make one but all i find is filterscripts. I don't want a filterscript i want all the server to be my own work so please don't just tell me to use a filterscript because you will be wasting your time.

all i would like is links to tutorials/guides.
NO filterscripts.

I've seen that but didn't really help. It's just admin side of things when need to start with the login part first.
