i use CreateVehicle and works fine for me.

Airplanes too don't get fixed, for example: if you crash in a mountain or something like that your wing will be broken and can't fly good anymore. if you use RepairVehicle it don't repair that.

If you dont know what are you talking about then don't, you have to use addstaticvehicle just with trains.

i got told it was AddStaticVehicleEX for trains but i use addstaticvehicle anyway.

That's just a Singleplayer bug, i think SA:MP can't or woudn't fix that.
Just try in singleplayer to damage your wing very bad, and then use the cheat ''HESOYAM'',
The smoke and damage is gone, but you still fly like you're drunk as hell.
